Check-in
From 14:00 hours
Check-in requirements:
• Identification will be required to match the name on the reservation
• Card will be charged/pre-authorised upon check-in
• An early check in can be arranged. Please contact our reservation team prior to your stay or Frontdesk upon arrival
Check-out
Until 11:00 hours, additional hour can be added upon request
Cancellation / Prepayment
All bookings made directly with us can be cancelled or amended up until 4pm the day prior to arrival, with no fuss or penalties.
Children and extra beds
Free! All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds
All older children or adults are charged £45 per person per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Pets
We welcome pets in our Solo restaurant & Bar but not in our guest rooms.
Groups
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Accepted credit cards
American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay credit card
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
No smoking policy
For the comfort of our guests all bedrooms are designed as Non-smoking and the hotel appreciates the co-operation of its guests. A room recovery charge of £200 will be applied in the event of this policy being breached.
Car parking
We have limited car park spaces, which can be pre-booked. Subject to availability. The closest secured car park is Cattle Market Carpark, 5 minutes walking distance, with overnight charge of £4.20. The street parking is also available and free of charge between 6pm-8.30 am and Sundays.
Discretionary Service Charge – Food & Beverage and Catering
We operate a fair and transparent service charge.
10% of Discretionary Service Charge will be added to tables of 6 persons and above.
Lost property
The guest should contact the reception team promptly when noticed that the item has been left in the hotel. The form of the collection / postage shall be agreed.
Any found item will be stored for up to 3 months. If not collected, it will be donated to one of our local charities.
